MHJCA welcomes anyone with a genuine interest in Japanese culture. We host members-only events throughout the year that allow our community to connect over shared interests. From classes on making traditional sweets to social events like our annual mochi pounding, our goal is to bring our members together to enjoy traditions, learn new things, and have fun.

Memberships are for the calendar year and available in the following tiers:

Individual: $25

Student: $10 (with valid student ID; does not include voting rights)

Family: $40 (up to 2 adults and all children under 18)

Organization I: $60 (for small businesses/groups under 20 people; includes 2 individual memberships)

Organization II: $200 (for small businesses/groups over 20 people; includes 4 individual memberships)

Supporting Patron: $200 or more
