MHJCA Membership Registration

Thank you for your interest in joining the Mid-Hudson Japanese Community Association! Please fill out this form and pay the membership fee to complete your registration. If you would rather print and fill out the form, please click here for a printabler version.

Member Type

Please select which membership you would like.
  • All membership fees are charged annually.
  • Memberships are for calendar year, regardless of when a member first registers.
Individual $25/year
Student$10/year For students with a valid student ID. Student members do not have voting rights.
Family$40/year For up to two adults and all children under 18 in the same household.
Organization I $60/year For small businesses or groups with fewer than 20 people. This includes 2 individual memberships.
Organization II $200/year For small businesses or groups with more than 20 people. This includes 5 individual memberships.
